We knew we were right for each other and wanted to be together as husband and wife, but we had no means to support a marriage at that time. So, we both worked hard and made plans to obtain enough money to live a good life. Finally, she moved into a new apartment in Fuzhou in April 2009 and then I arrived in May and we got married in June. During my 3 years living in and touring China, a friend introduced me to ChineseLoveLinks. I found the site to be a perfect vehicle for genuine people and and void of rubbish.

I had just returned to Australia, I entered the site and saw a very stunning lady named Crystal in Shenzhen, I immediately subscribed and contacted her. Both Crystal and myself were divorcees of 4 years.

Crystal's english was limited to about 10 words, but my Mandarin was enough to converse for the next 3 months, we were both very genuine in finding our soul mate and we got to know each other very well from our correspondence until I had to return to China and we met for Dinner. I was blown away by her personality, honesty, and values and decided by the end of dinner i must marry this lady.

So after 3 months of correspondence and 7 hours of dinner and talking, I proposed, Crystal accepted and we had a great Traditional Chinese wedding in March 2009, followed by a honeymoon in Lijiang, Yunnan, about the only place I had not been to in China and was Crystal's choice.

We now call Shenzhen home, Crystal's english is progressing well, although many conversations, are still with the aid of the "Electronic Translator" and friends. This amazes friends, but we never stop talking, laughing and planning our future. Life is great, we are both very committed and happy, and very,very much in love.

Crystal had been a member of ChineseLoveLinks for only 3 weeks. We are very fortunate.
